Baked Honey Dill Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 8 Ounce Pieces of Salmon
  • Bunch of Fresh Dill Weed
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Butter (I prefer Irish Butter for this dish because of its rich and sweet flavor)
  • 2 Teaspoons Honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Lay the salmon pieces skin down on a 9 by 13 inch baking dish.

  3. Rip a few sprigs of the fresh dill.  Top each piece of salmon with the dill.

  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the honey and salt.  Cook for a few additional minutes.

  5. Top each piece of salmon with a few tablespoons of the butter sauce.

  6. Bake for exactly 18 minutes.
