Preheat the Oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Lay the salmon pieces skin down on a 9 by 13 inch baking dish.
Rip a few sprigs of the fresh dill. Top each piece of salmon with the dill.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the honey and salt. Cook for a few additional minutes.
Top each piece of salmon with a few tablespoons of the butter sauce.
Bake for exactly 18 minutes.
