Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl combine the lemon juice, olive oil, chicken stock, minced garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and rosemary. You can replace the oregano and rosemary with an equal amount of herbs de Provence.
Lay the chicken pieces in a deep pan. Pour the lemon mixture over the chicken pieces. Decorate with the lemon wedges.
Bake for about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Spoon the excess fat off the top of the sauce.
