1/4cupbeef broth or chicken broth

1package soft small flour tortillas
2cupsshredded cheese of your choicecheddar, jack, queso quesadilla, etc

Instructions
Directions for Soft Ground Beef Tacos
Warn the flour tortilla in a warm pan or in the microwave for a few seconds. We are not cooking them. We are just getting them warm enough to be flexible.
Add the oil in a large pan. Add the ground beef along with the 10 spices. Cook on medium heat for about 6 to 7 minutes, or until the beef is no longer pink.
Stir in the tomato paste until well incorporated.
Add the flour. Cook for about 2 more minutes.
Pour in the beef or chicken broth. Cook for about 5 more minutes, or until the liquid is evaporated. Set aside.
Stuff each of the tortillas with a generous serving of the ground beef, cheese, and topping of your choice.
