Spicy Ranch Dressing
Ranch dressing is known for being creamy, refreshing, and slightly tangy. This spicy version adds just enough heat to make it even more interesting. This spicy ranch dressing is the perfect complement to salads, and a variety of appetizers.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise use a good quality mayo that is full-fat and made with eggs
- 1/2 cup half and half if you want the dressing extra rich, you can use heavy cream instead; if you want to reduce the calories, you can use milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- a pinch or two of salt and pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground paprika

In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients until smooth. You can mix everything together using whisk or just of fork.
