Fried Ground Beef Tacos
Are you ready for Taco Tuesday? These Fried Ground Beef Tacos have seasoned ground beef, lightly crispy taco shells, shredded cheese, and lots of tasty toppings.
They are a great appetizer or light meat. You can make this into a more filling meal with a good serving of my Buttered Corn. This corn recipe has lightly browned butter, and is both savory and sweet.
The best part about making these tacos, is that the shells are fried in only a few teaspoons of oil each. I don’t know about you, but I hate to deep fry things. This recipe makes the process much easier.

- Fold the tortilla into a taco shell shape. However, this is not necessary if you are using taco holders.
- Lay the tortilla in a taco holder. This will give it its taco shape and also make it easy to put the other ingredients inside. It also makes for a nice presentation.
