Spicy Ranch Dressing

Ranch dressing is known for being creamy, refreshing, and slightly tangy.  This spicy version adds just enough heat to make it even more interesting.  This spicy ranch dressing is the perfect complement to salads, and a variety of appetizers.

Serve it along side dishes such as:

• Raw vegetables such as carrots, celery, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes
• Pretzels
• French fries
• Buffalo chicken wings
• Oven baked chicken tenders
• Mini crescent roll hotdogs (pigs in a blanket)
• Baked mozzarella sticks

Ingredients for Spicy Ranch Dressing

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise (use a good quality mayo that is full-fat and made with eggs)
• 1/2 cup half and half (if you want the dressing extra rich, you can use heavy cream instead; if you want to reduce the calories, you can use milk)
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
• 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
• a pinch or two of salt and pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
• 1/8 teaspoon ground paprika
