Baked BBQ Salmon

This BBQ Salmon is perfect for when you are craving some BBQ, but still want a healthy-ish dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 (3-4 ounce) pieces Salmon (with skin)
  • 4 Teaspoons Oil
  • 8 to 12 Teaspoons BBQ Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Prep the pan by adding some non stick foil to it.  

  3. Rub each piece of salmon on both sides with some oil.   Lay the salmon on the pan skin side down.

  4. Salt and pepper to taste.  

  5. Spread a few teaspoons of BBQ sauce of each piece of salmon.  

  6. Bake in your preheated oven for 18 minutes.
