  • 3 lb chicken pieces with skin on
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces white button mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 2-1/2 cups long grain white rice
  • 1/2 cup long grain and wild rice mix with herbs
  • 4 cups chicken stock or broth
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 chicken bullion cubes
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
