On low, heat the pan with the pork chop drippings.

Add the butter. 

Stir in the flour.  Continue to cook until the mixture incorporates and bubbles.  

Stir in the cream.  Cook until the sauce thickens and coats the back of a wooden spoon.  

Salt and pepper to taste.
