Strawberry Mojito

Ingredients

  • 2 Strawberries (plus extra to garnish the glass)
  • 4 Mint Sprigs (plus extra to garnish the glass)
  • 2 Teaspoons Sugar
  • 4 Parts White Cuban Rum
  • 3 Parts Lime Juice
  • Soda Water

Instructions

  1. In a strong glass (not fragile) muddle together the strawberries with the sugar and mint.  

  2. In a strong glass (not fragile) muddle together the strawberries with the sugar and mint.  

  3. Muddle in the lime juice.

  4. Add the ice. 

  5. Pour in the white Cuban rum. 

  6. Top that with a splash of club soda. 

  7. Garnish with a strawberry, and if you like, another mint sprig.
