This beverage takes equal parts cranberry juice and sparkling wine, plus a splash of orange flavored liquor.  In a tall Champaign Flute Glass, pour the cranberry juice, followed by the Grand Marnier or orange flavored liquor.  Top with the Champaign or sparkling wine.
