Easy Steps to Tender Lemony Garlicky Chicken
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, chicken stock, minced garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and rosemary. If you don’t have oregano and rosemary on hand, you may replace them with a teaspoon and a half of herbs de Provence.
Lay the chicken pieces in a deep pan. Pour the mixture over the chicken pieces. Decorate with the lemon wedges if you want.
Bake for about 1 hour and 20 minutes. The chicken thighs release a considerable about of fat. Spoon the fat off.

Greek Lemon Garlic Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 Pounds Chicken Pieces
- 3/4 Cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
- 3 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1/2 Teaspoon Rosemery
- 1 Small Lemon (cut in wedges) (optional)
Instructions
